Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Proposal Writer based in the Greater Tampa Bay Area, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Technical Proposal Writer will be responsible for preparing compelling, compliant, and client-specific proposals for government contracts. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing RFP requirements, developing tailored proposal content, collaborating with technical teams to gather input, performing quality reviews, and ensuring alignment with compliance standards and submission deadlines. This role also involves maintaining templates, updating proposal databases, and contributing to strategic bid discussions. Qualifications
Proposal Writing, Business Writing, and Technical Writing skills, with a strong attention to detail
Proficiency in analyzing RFPs and RFIs and aligning deliverables with detailed government requirements
Experience with compliance documentation, including SAM registration, SBA certifications, or federal contracting standards
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with sourcing and compliance tools such as BidPulsar™ and CMMC frameworks is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with occasional in-office requirements in the Greater Tampa Bay Area
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines
