We are revolutionizing information management in the fresh food supply chain. We use a team approach to software development and customer support. The Professional Services Team interacts directly with our customers. This position enables you to use your personal and technical skills to help our customers get the most from their investment in our software. After you receive intensive product training, you will use your strong verbal and presentation skills to provide telephone support, email support, and online assistance utilizing GoToMeeting and state-of-the-art Customer Relationship Management tools. Consulting, stand-up training, and travel opportunities will become available as you gain experience. Role and Responsibilities
Gain and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all Famous Software products
Provide personalized customer support via telephone, email, and the web
Maintain and use confidential customer information in a CRM system
Offer stand-up training in our main office Training Center
Conduct on-site training at customers’ locations
Provide consulting services commensurate with your skill level
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or experience in Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Finance, or Management
Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
Comfort in a fast-paced, team environment where no two days are the same
Strong computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
Effective and efficient problem solving
Motivation and time management skills
Passion for new technologies and attention to detail
Relocation and Telecommuting At this time, Famous Software does not offer relocation packages. Additionally, telecommuting is not an option for this position.
