Excelsior Defense is expanding and seeking professional, dependable, and customer service-oriented Unarmed Security Officers for a new 24/7 corporate security assignment beginning June 8th in the Alachua area
We are hiring both Full-Time and Part-Time officers to support a premier commercial property environment. Officers will play a critical role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming atmosphere for tenants, staff, and visitors.

Pay Rate
- $18.00 per hour
Schedule
- Multiple shifts available
- Full-Time & Part-Time openings
- Site operates 24 hours per day / 7 days per week
- Weekend and holiday availability may be required
Responsibilities
- Professional access control and visitor management
- Interior and exterior patrols (foot and vehicle patrols)
- CCTV and alarm monitoring
- Incident detection, response, and detailed reporting
- Customer service-focused interaction with tenants, staff, and visitors
- Enforcing property rules and safety procedures
- Maintaining a visible and professional security presence
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Security D License required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to write clear and accurate incident reports
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Prior corporate, office building, or customer-facing security experience preferred
