Key Responsibilities
- Perform painting throughout the facility, including wall preparation and finishing
- Patch and repair drywall as needed
- Move furniture and equipment (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs)
- Complete general maintenance tasks including minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Maintain HVAC systems, including routine filter changes
- Ensure the facility and grounds remain safe, clean, and well-maintained
- Use tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Address maintenance requests promptly with attention to detail
Requirements
- Previous painting experience required
- Experience with drywall patching and preparation
- Ability to lift, move, and position items up to 50 lbs
- Proficiency with basic hand and power tools
- Working knowledge of general maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, flooring, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
