Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborative Evaluation & Planning: Partner with the Occupational Therapist to assess residents and create individualized treatment plans.
- Support Daily Functioning: Assist residents in performing daily tasks that promote independence and well-being.
- Therapy Assistance: Guide and monitor residents during therapeutic activities to ensure safety and progress.
- Rehabilitation Focus: Help residents recover and regain function following illness, injury, or surgery.
- Confidentiality & Ethics: Handle all resident information with the utmost respect and confidentiality.
- Team Engagement: Work closely with our interdisciplinary care team to support optimal outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Current Florida State COTA License – Required
- Experience in long-term care – Preferred
