The Associate will contribute to supporting the delivery of health training programs, coordinate financial protection services, and assist in operational planning and strategy. Daily tasks will include client communications, report generation, data management, and ensuring efficient execution of programs. The role will also require engaging in cross-functional collaboration with various teams to drive organizational objectives effectively. Qualifications
Strong project coordination, organizational, and time management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management abilities
Proficiency in data management and operational workflow optimization
Experience with administrative duties, including generating reports and managing documentation
Familiarity with health education programs and/or financial protection services is an advantage
Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, project management software, or CRM platforms
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field
