Job Summary
  • This is a FULLY REMOTE position that supports licensing projects in the US and internationally.
  • Self-starter and motivated to deliver excellent results.
  • Travel to client sites as required by contractual requirements. International travel may be required on certain efforts.
  • An established leader with a track record of delivering results. [Principal level]

Minimum Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience supporting new nuclear build [25+ years for Principal level]
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to navigate diverse nuclear environments effectively and write technical documentation
  • Experience with a minimum of one of the following areas (technical and/or licensing)

New nuclear build feasibility studies
Technology selection
Environmental assessment
Site selection
Economic assessment of new nuclear
EPZ analysis
Stakeholder engagement
Legal and regulatory framework for newcomer nuclear
Funding and financing plans for new nuclear
Country facing roadmap development
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous or current SRO license
  • Experience working for or with NRC or another international regulator
  • Familiarity with nuclear regulations, licensing processes, and regulatory guidance documents (e.g., NRC regulations, NUREGs, IAEA requirements, other regulator’s licensing documents).
  • Experience in preparing or reviewing technical reports for new nuclear deployments
  • AP1000 experience
  • SMR experience
  • Demonstrated project management skills [Principal level]
  • Experience overseeing the work of a team [Principal level]
  • Engaged in the changing nuclear licensing landscape [Principal level]
  • Track record of delivering innovative approaches to solve licensing challenges [Principal level]

Compensation Range
  • Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the role.
  • The estimated hourly pay range for Senior level is $75-$120/hr.
  • The estimated hourly pay range for Principal level is $100-$150/hr
