**Company Description **

- Everyone Can Move is an up and coming 501(c)(3) non-profit with the mission to provide free movement classes for children and teens, ages 5-18, inclusive but not limited to those with disabilities and mental health challenges.

President of the organization leads ~~Everyone Can Move, Inc. ~~ with a focus on growth, overseeing operations, strategy, and expansion.

**Responsibilities: **

- Oversee progress, decision-making, and direction

- Manage compliance, filings, and key setup (banking, fundraising tools, etc.)

- Lead fundraising, partnerships, and outreach

- Delegate while staying hands-on when needed

- Support marketing efforts

- Manage volunteers/interns as needed

- Provide weekly updates, then monthly over time to Founder.

**Expectations: **

- 5–10 hours per week

- Must commit to at least 6 months

- Responsible for helping find and transition a replacement with Founder’s support

- Has decision-making authority while keeping leadership informed
