**Job Description**

The**Virtual Field Representative ** will be responsible for the commercialization of Vertex Pharmaceuticals therapies via teleconference and/or telephone to selected health care offices and providers. They will provide impactful key clinical information and educational materials as part of their remote engagements. **Qualifications**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

- Ensure the close out & dispatch of all shipments through the Ops Team and Directly

- Ensure all international shipments have international documents, including the collection of Shipper’s Export Declarations. File EEI when applicable.

- Identify International Shipments as a priority for all outbound shipping

- Create Hazmat documents and ensure proper labeling by all parties

- Daily review of carrier equipment needs and door assignments while engaging daily with all carriers

- Communicate with carriers for swaps / live loads

- Review all internal / external documentation requests for LTL / TL shipments, including carrier tracking or pro number updates as required

- Ensure that all outbound cold chain orders each have a printed packing list for purposes of scheduling the required carrier

- Ensure proper trailer temperature set points for all cold chain shipments and the required temperature is noted on the bill of lading and/or manifest

- Reconcile open orders report with outbound / staged freight throughout the day with the Ops Team in the assigned building

- Manage any Mode conversions

- Communicate with Transportation & Ops teams regarding any staged freight, Express runs and city runs

- Ensure operations are correctly loading onto every trailer through direct validation of laod

- Manage communications where advanced shipment notice details are required

- Work Group Leadership and Supervisory Backup

- Directing, instructing, guiding, and training the staff.

- Problem Solving and Continuous Process Improvement

- The position will be involved with issues and problems that result from the loading function; solid problem-solving skills are required.

- Oversee loading of outbound trailers to include pallet count validation and proper chain-of-custody transfer

- Ensure that the loading area is safe and that carriers adhere to all safety requirements

- Ensure that all internal and external shipping requests are acknowledged and addressed

- Ensure proper load securement and close-out of all trailers

- Effectively communicate with all internal departments, clients, and carriers as needed to ensure proper handling of shipments

**Job Description**

The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for the preparation and shipment of medications and supplies for individual patients and wholesale facilities. This is a fast-paced work environment which requires high attention to detail and teamwork to accomplish daily workload and ensure high touch patient care. The position supports all endeavors with regulatory compliance including pharmacy and wholesale distribution best practices.

**THE POSITION:**

The Client Success Manager (CSM) is the primary business and relationship manager for EVERSANA's 3PL Warehouse & Distribution service. As an account manager (from 5-8 pharmaceutical clients), this role oversees the relationship and increasing service levels to attain Client Delight. The Client Success Manager, in conjunction with the business leaders of warehouse ops; order to cash; supply chain, will establish a highly effective business relationship with our pharmaceutical clients. This role works directly with Senior EVERSANA and client leadership. This position is responsible to establish regular touch points and business reviews including formal presentations on a regular basis.

**Critical Responsibilities**

- Relationship Management of 5-8 clients, as the primary contact with client. The primary role for the CSM includes relationship management, communication, and problem solving, both strategic/tactical.

- Creating Executive summaries outlining issues/problems and solutions.

- Presenting findings and solutions to Client and EVERSANA leadership as applicable.

- Lead interactions within EVERSANA and with clients to maintain and demonstrate the expected high level of Client Delight.

- Manages client escalations directing the inquiry to the appropriate team member for investigation/resolution.

- Conduct regularly scheduled touch base meetings with assigned clients (create and distribute minutes) including regular business reviews.

- Develop and update Client Account plans for key accounts.

**THE POSITION:**

The Program Specialist II will provide dedicated support to patients and doctors for activities related to benefit coverage, payments, reimbursements, denials and general inquiry phone calls through our patient services support center.

**Essential Duties And Responsibilities**

We are seeking a highly experienced WMS Workflow Architect to provide technical, functional, and strategic leadership for our Datex WMS platform supporting pharmaceutical 3PL operations. This role serves as the design authority across all warehouses, clients, and solution implementations.

**Job Description**

The Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) supports clinical trials by maintaining organized files, performing pharmacy technician duties, communicating routinely with trial sites, coordinators, and patients while demonstrating good clinical practices and following standard operating procedures. Clinical trials are designed to test new medications and medical devices for safety and efficacy. Trials are highly regulated and thoroughly monitored, which results in a significant record-keeping and a compliance burden.

**THE POSITION:**

The Healthcare Call Center Representative will provide dedicated support to patients and doctors for activities related to benefit coverage, payments, reimbursements, denials and general inquiry phone calls through our patient services support center.

**Job Description**

The EVERSANA Neurology Sales Specialists (NSS) are responsible for driving performance in top headache centers, neurology accounts and primary care accounts within assigned geography for our client Impel Pharmaceuticals. - Operate with a sense of urgency to drive appropriate utilization of TRUDHESA by working both independently and collaboratively with colleagues

**Job Description**

The Training Manager is responsible for effectively developing, delivering, executing, and managing training needs for pharmaceutical clients. This role requires a deep understanding of disease states, market landscape, and product-specific materials, which must be communicated clearly to learners. The Training Manager will support the evaluation, creation, and implementation of training initiatives, including content design and development throughout the project lifecycle. They are also responsible for facilitating engaging live or virtual training sessions, demonstrating exceptional platform skills and have strong selling skills acumen in life-sciences.

**Essential Duties And Responsibilities**

- Support the Directors of Training and Project Managers through detailed project management practices and standards

- Continue to learn new disease state materials, branded and unbranded materials and be prepared to implement training of these materials in a timely fashion

- Provide effective facilitation services (live, virtual) to ensure proper delivery and execution of training (i.e product knowledge, disease state, or selling skills)

- Provide train-the trainer services, new hire training, and sustainment curriculum trainings, as requested

- Supports sales management teams by providing training materials, workshops and/or facilitation support at National, Sales, and POA meetings

- Management of the Training Project Plan including task management, escalation of issues, risk identification, and interdependencies through project documentation including: (Issue Tracker, Milestone Tracker, Action Item Tracker)

- On-board, develop, and coach field-based trainers and emerging sales rep leaders based on competencies and skill sets needed for project, to include virtual and live field rides, as required

**Qualifications**

**MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:**

**THE POSITION: **At our Memphis distribution center, our employees play a critical role in getting life-saving products out to hospitals, clinics and nursing homes. We’re open 24 hours a day, 5 days a week because the needs of patients can’t wait.

The Client Management Order Support Representative is a dual Order to Cash function role that supports both order management activities and contact/engagement center activities to ensure seamless end-to-end client and customer operations support. This position serves as a critical liaison between clients, customers, internal departments, and external partners—managing order processing, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing an exceptional service experience across all communication channels.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Accurately process and manage client and customer orders from entry to fulfillment, ensuring timely and error-free execution.

- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound client and customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding order status, product information, delivery, returns, and general support.

- Investigate and resolve concerns such as order discrepancies, shipping delays, and customer escalations with professionalism and urgency.

- Partner with cross-functional teams including, but not limited to accounts receivable team, CSMs, distribution operations, supply chain, IT, and Quality teams—to resolve complex client and customer issues and escalate appropriately to ensure timely and effective resolution.

- Monitor and manage open order reports, backorders, and follow-up actions to ensure proactive communication with clients and customers.

- Maintain accurate records of client and customer interactions and transactions.

- Support contact/engagement center performance metrics including average handle time, first-call resolution, and client and customer satisfaction.

- Identify and escalate process inefficiencies, client and customer pain points, or recurring issues to improve service delivery.

**Job Description**

EVERSANA has partnered with Shionogi Inc. to build a virtual team to support an anticipated launch in Primary Care. The Shionogi Virtual Sales Representative will be responsible for the commercialization of Shionogi therapies via teleconference and/or telephone to selected health care offices and providers. They will provide impactful key clinical information and educational materials as part of their remote engagements. VSRs will need to be flexible regarding job responsibilities as they will include a variety of tasks: white space coverage, vacant territory coverage, as well as partnering with Shionogi employees to ensure stakeholder needs are addressed appropriately. - Expected to achieve call activity and adherence goals, as well as brand performance objectives set forth by the Client compliantly and effectively

- Ensure that any sample and literature requests are generated accurately and perform appropriate follow up and investigation on shipments as needed

- Maintain database entries on targeted customer calls including attempts, product discussions, literature requests, and sample requests, if any

- Provide feedback and recommendations to team leadership on areas and opportunities for improvement

- Comply with all company, PDMA, compliance and regulatory policies and guidelines

- Work independently from "remote" home office
