Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Agent, based in Hauppauge, NY. The Commercial Real Estate Agent will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing commercial property transactions. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and building client relationships, determining clients’ specific business needs, negotiating lease and sale agreements, providing market analysis, and staying informed on local commercial real estate trends. The candidate will collaborate with the brokerage team and act as a liaison between property owners, landlords, and tenants.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate transactions
- Active Real Estate License required
- Strong knowledge of Brokerage and the commercial property market
- Skills in Sales and effective relationship-building with clients
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic recommendations
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
