About the Role We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced sales supervisors who can help train their latest language model on sales team management and non-retail sales tasks. We're looking for supervisors and managers with 5+ years leading non-retail sales teams at top companies to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated work across core sales supervision workflows: team coaching documentation, call quality assessment, pipeline review, quota and performance reporting, sales process documentation, and territory management planning. Strong expertise in team coaching, pipeline management, and sales process execution

Pay range and compensation package Compensation: $75/hour Commitment: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week (up to $1.5k/week) Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
