- Develops detailed functional specifications including data and function models, process flow diagrams and report and screen layouts Documents algorithms, identifies logical system architecture, specifies system interfaces, documents operational requirements, develops test plans.
- Oversees acceptance testing, develops user guides, provides user training, and supports the user in development of work processes Works under the direction of a team leader or project manager Ability to research and resolve problems associated with system transactions or processing Ability to provide day-to-day operations support.
- Have knowledge of and ability to perform multiple aspects of the operations process.
