REPORTS TO: Building Principal
Application Requirement
- Current New York State Certification in Elementary Education or Early Childhood Education (Birth-2) and Childhood Education (1-6).
- Identify and utilize different instructional resources and methods to support the learning needs of students in grades K-2.
- Display a willingness to expand and develop personal knowledge about primary school content and curriculum to improve student learning.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of student progress and development.
- Collaborate and communicate clearly with other staff, parents, students, and administration.
- Demonstrate initiative and flexibility in completing daily tasks.
- Act as a contributing member of the Academic Intervention Services team.
- Proficiency with technology, communications, and information systems to support learning.
