**Role Description **

This is a full-time role for a Clinical Lab Operations Coordinator to support laboratory intake, insurance coordination, and physician office communication.

This role plays an important part in making sure laboratory requisitions are complete, billing information is accurate, and communication between physician offices and our laboratory team runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Review incoming laboratory requisitions for completeness and accuracy.

- Patient Insurance eligibility and preparation of billing documentation.

- Communicate with physician offices to obtain missing information.

- Coordinate test orders and billing details with partner laboratories

- Monitor lab email, respond to inquiries and maintain clear records.

- Verify patient insurance, organize and prepare billing documentation.

- Assist with phone coverage and scheduling when needed.

**Qualifications **

- Previous experience in a laboratory operation or medical office /billing is a big+

- Bilingual Russian/English is a big+

- Strong attention to detail

- Excellent organization and follow-up skills

- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks

- Excellent communication skills.

- Knowledge of EMR or billing software is a big+

- Google Workspace ( Sheets, Docs, etc.), email proficiency

- Associates Degree/Bachelors Degree

Schedule:Part-Time Training(2 days a week) → Full-Time Position(4-5 days)

Brooklyn, NY

Training period: 2 days per week for approximately 4-8 weeks.

After training: Full-time (4–5 days per week)

Compensation based on experience. $19-$25 per hour.
