What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee all on-site construction activities for hyperscale data center projects.
- Manage day-to-day operations including safety, scheduling, quality, and logistics.
- Coordinate with project management, engineering, and client teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Supervise contractors and trades to maintain adherence to plans, specifications, and standards.
- Drive construction progress through proactive planning, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Support commissioning, turnover, and closeout activities.
- Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all site and client protocols.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in large-scale construction management , ideally in data centers , mission-critical , industrial , or technology infrastructure projects.
- Proven ability to manage fast-track, multi-phase construction environments.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, structural coordination, and construction sequencing.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
