We are looking for an experienced **Construction Manager ** to lead field execution and oversight for utility-scale renewable energy projects. In this role, you will serve as EPS’s onsite leader, coordinating EPCM teams, contractors, and partners to ensure construction activities are executed in accordance with plans, quality standards, safety requirements, and environmental commitments. What You’ll Do

- Lead day-to-day construction execution and coordination in the field, serving as EPS’s primary onsite representative with clients, EPC partners, contractors, and vendors.

What You’ll Do

- Lead pre-construction planning efforts for data center energy delivery projects on behalf of developer clients.

- Support site selection and due diligence activities with a focus on power availability, utility capacity, interconnection pathways, and development risk.

- Develop and evaluate conceptual energy delivery strategies including substations, transmission and distribution infrastructure, on-site generation, and resiliency solutions.
