What You'll Be Doing
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) , you will work one-on-one with children and young adults in their homes and out in the community. Your support can help them:
Some days that may look like helping with a routine at home. Other days it may mean being a steady, encouraging presence during a community outing. In every case, your role matters.

- Practice everyday routines and life skills
- Build confidence and independence
- Improve communication and social interaction
- Stay safe during community activities
- Work through behaviors and emotions with support and consistency

- Paid training and certifications including CPR, First Aid, and Article 9
