- Lead and develop a cross-functional materials team, including Assistant Material Managers, Logistics Specialists, Coordinators, and Planners

- Establish and maintain standardized systems and processes to ensure accurate, timely reporting and data integrity

- Partner with manufacturing and customers to align production schedules, transportation, and inventory levels to meet demand

- Ensure receiving processes and system transactions are accurate to protect inventory integrity and system reliability

- Drive team performance through coaching, development, and ongoing evaluation to meet current and future business needs

- Manage supplier relationships with a focus on performance, accountability, and alignment to operational objectives

- Oversee end-to-end material flow, ensuring timely procurement of production and service components

- Oversee packaging and logistics strategies, including premium freight reduction, routing optimization, and customer compliance (CLIPS)

- Maintain and optimize PFEP (Plan for Every Part), ensuring effective Min/Max inventory levels across all locations

- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company standards and operational requirements

- Promote a safe work environment by adhering to and reinforcing emergency and safety protocols

- Support additional business needs and initiatives as required by leadership
