Compensation:

I am working with a client that is launching a new ITSM solution in a market where entrenched competitors already own the mindshare. We won't buy our way to credibility through ads alone; we need a real person with an IT background to become the human face of EZO. As our IT Content Evangelist, you aren't a "writer-for-hire" or a social media manager. You are a trusted voice who builds EZO’s visibility by showing up, regularly and credibly, where IT leaders already read, watch, and listen.
Who You Are
"I have something to say." You are tired of the "status quo" in IT management. You have strong opinions on how ITSM should actually work and you're ready to trade internal tickets for a role where your job is to build in public.
"I am passionate about this community." You don't just know IT; you care about the people in it. You can tell the difference between content that lands with IT directors and content that sounds like generic marketing fluff.
"I have a following." Whether it's 2,000+ engaged LinkedIn followers or a loyal podcast audience, you have a verifiable public body of work that proves people listen when you speak.
The Operator: You have 5+ years of experience as an IT Director, Manager, or MSP Principal. You understand the IT buyer because you’ve lived their life.
The Creator: You are a natural on-camera and have a strong written voice. You use LLMs daily to accelerate your research and drafting, knowing exactly what "good" AI output looks like versus "slop".
What the Work Looks Like
Content Production: Research, script, and publish high-quality content across LinkedIn, YouTube, and podcasts.
Community Engagement: Show up consistently in the comments, DMs, and threads where IT leaders congregate (Reddit, Slack, Discord).
Hosting: Book and host guests from the IT leader community to facilitate high-level industry conversations.
Event Representation: Attend and represent EZO at key conferences like HDI and ITAM Review events (:15–20% travel).
Strategic Partnership: Work with our AI Content Engineer to scale your unique voice into durable, searchable brand assets.
