You'll build lean, scalable operational systems that drive efficiency and elevate quality standards.
Compensation:
USD 85K - 150K/year
+ Bonuses (up to 5% of base compensation)
+ Bonuses (up to 3% of base compensation)

What makes you a strong candidate:
- You have+2 years experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering.
- You are proficient in Standard operating procedures (SOP), Quality assurance (QA), Process improvement, Operations management, and Inventory tracking.

Responsibilities and more:
Role:
- Own and execute operational projects.
- Build lean, highly organized systems that actually get used.
What You'll Do:
Warehouse Systems:
- Design and organize warehouse layouts (racking, labeling, flow).
- Implement inventory tracking and location systems.
- Help stand up new warehouse operations (e.g., Windsor, CA).
SOPs & Documentation:
- Build and maintain SOPs in Notion using a consistent framework (e.g., PARA).
- Record and manage short, clear Loom training videos.
- Ensure SOPs are actually adopted and used (not just created).
Inventory Testing & QA:
- Create structured testing frameworks across ~4,000 SKUs.
- Define testing standards by brand/series (not one-off per SKU).
- Implement processes that ensure products meet quality standards for resale/warranty.

- Internal Tools & Systems:
- Build simple tools in Airtable or similar (inventory tracking, QA logs, workflows).
- Avoid overengineering—prioritize speed and usability over complexity.
- Maintain clean, organized data structures and workflows.
Process & Execution:
- Create checklists, KBIs, and tracking systems for all core workflows.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement lean improvements quickly.
- Drive projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.
Who You Are:
- 2–3 years of experience (manufacturing, ops, or engineering).
- Direct, candid communicator — values truth over being liked.
- Process-obsessed; runs everything through systems, checklists, and metrics.
- Extremely organized; prefers clean, minimal setups.
- Lean operator — solves problems with simple tools, not big teams.
- Pushes things forward without waiting.
