Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Editor role based in Lakeland, FL. The Editor will be responsible for selecting, editing, and enhancing sports photography to ensure optimal quality and storytelling. Daily tasks include photo selection, color correction, retouching, and maintaining consistent visual standards. The editor will collaborate closely with photographers, clients, and the creative team to deliver polished final products that exceed expectations.

Qualifications
- Photo editing expertise, including proficiency in image retouching, color grading, and composition improvement
- Experience with editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools
- A strong eye for detail, visual aesthetics, and storytelling in photography
- Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple projects under deadlines
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a creative team and clients to meet project objectives
- Knowledge of sports photography or experience working with action images is a plus
- Experience with file management, metadata organization, and maintaining digital archives
- Bachelor's degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
