At Elevation Autism , our part-time and/or PRN SLP roles are designed with flexibility , collaboration , and clinical excellence in mind.
You will provide early intervention speech and feeding therapy to children ages 1-6 in a center-based, multidisciplinary environment. Our integrated ABA + Speech model allows SLPs and BCBAs to work together to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care that drives meaningful outcomes for young learners.

Schedule & Flexibility
- Therapy Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday
- No travel, evenings, or weekends
- Flexible scheduling options starting at 10 hours per week
- Ideal for clinicians seeking supplemental hours or greater work-life balance
- Opportunity to transition into a full-time position as caseload grows (if desired)
Clinical Growth & Collaboration
- Integrated ABA + Speech treatment model
- Ongoing collaboration with Clinical Directors and Behavior Analysts
- Professional development opportunities in feeding therapy, AAC device implementation, Gestalt Language Processing, and more
- Operational support teams managing staff and family scheduling
Compensation
- $45-$55 per hour, based on experience
