**Role Description **

The Director of Sales and Business Development will oversee and execute strategies to drive growth, engage new clients, and strengthen partnerships. This role will require actively bringing in new customers through cold calling, consistent follow-up on warm leads, and building strong client relationships from initial contact through close. The position will also work closely alongside our marketing team to strategize, develop, and refine marketing initiatives that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
