Senior Account Manager Ei Digital. Full-Time. Remote. Salary: $80,000 to $105,000 based on experience What this role actually is You will be the day-to-day owner of a portfolio of accounts at a small, independent agency. You'll run the work, manage clients, lead a tight pod of two to four people, and stay on the critical path of what gets made. This isn't a role where you'll oversee producers and PMs who do the work for you. We don't have those layers. You'll be writing scopes, building timelines, sitting in client meetings, reviewing creative, and pushing projects forward yourself. You'll have great people around you and real ownership of outcomes. If your version of senior means moving away from execution, this isn't it. If it means getting closer to the work and the client, with no one in your way, it is. What you need to be good at Digitally native. You understand modern marketing the way someone who grew up in it does. You don't need depth across every channel, but you need real comprehension and the ability to upskill yourself in anything you don't already know. Direct client relationships. You can run a meeting. You build trust with mid-level client stakeholders. You're the person they actually call. Project rigor. Scopes, budgets, timelines, status reports. You write them yourself. You don't drop balls. Tight team collaboration. We work in pods of two to four people running an account together. You make the people around you better, and you know when to pass the ball. Writing. Clear, succinct, in writing and in the room. If your last status email had three paragraphs where two sentences would have done, this isn't your fit. Comprehension as a habit. Our team principle is comprehension. That means having your arms wrapped around how the agency works, how the work works, and what the client is actually trying to do. It also means being upfront about what you don't yet know so we can get you there. What you should bring
4 to 6+ years of account or project management experience at a digital, creative, or integrated marketing agency. Brand-side or rotational program experience does not qualify on its own.
Base-level knowledge and perspective across CRM and email (Klaviyo a plus), social media, paid digital media, creative services, and technical web development. You don't need depth in all of them. You need to be the kind of person who holds the whole picture.
Comfort in project management tools (Teamwork, Asana, monday.com, ClickUp) plus Google Workspace and Slack.
Comfort with AI tooling. We believe in it and we use it. If you're not already adopting it, you'll be behind on day one.
What we are not We don't have red tape. We don't have layers of approval. We don't have a producer team to hand things to. We don't run on big-network process. If you're at a larger agency and you've felt like the work could move twice as fast if the structure got out of the way, we're worth a conversation. If you need a defined box to operate inside, we're not. Benefits and logistics Medical, dental, and vision. 401(k) with company match. Bonus PTO for your birthday, volunteering, and personal wellness. Summer Fridays. Fully remote. Referral bonuses. Ei Digital is an equal opportunity employer.
