Role Overview We are seeking a Marketing Director to lead brand strategy and growth initiatives for LEAP360—our AI-powered, all-in-one business platform. This role requires a strategic marketer who can build a strong, differentiated brand, drive demand generation, and position LEAP360 as a market-leading platform across target industries. You will own the end-to-end marketing function—from brand storytelling to pipeline generation. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Positioning
Define and drive brand vision, messaging, and positioning for LEAP360
Build a compelling brand narrative that resonates with enterprise and SMB audiences
Ensure consistent brand identity across all channels and touchpoints
Demand Generation & Growth
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, content, events, campaigns)
Drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition
Optimize marketing funnels and conversion strategies
Product & Go-To-Market (GTM)
Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches and feature releases
Collaborate with product and sales teams to align messaging with market needs
Position LEAP360 effectively against competitors
Content & Digital Marketing
Oversee creation of high-impact content (website, campaigns, case studies, videos)
Drive thought leadership in AI, SaaS, and digital transformation
Manage social media, SEO/SEM, and performance marketing initiatives
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams
Manage external agencies and partners
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or growth roles
Proven experience in SaaS, AI platforms, or enterprise technology marketing
Strong expertise in brand building, demand generation, and GTM strategy
Experience driving digital marketing, performance campaigns, and analytics
Excellent storytelling, communication, and leadership skills
Data-driven mindset with strong understanding of marketing KPIs and ROI
Preferred Qualifications
Experience marketing AI-driven platforms or CRM/ERP/SaaS solutions
Exposure to industries like Retail, FEC, SaaS, or FinTech
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
