Job Description ECS is seeking a Delivery Lead, Strategy and Transformation to work in our Arlington, VA office. ECS is seeking a Delivery Lead to directly work in support of our national cybersecurity client’s Chief of Staff’s Office in our Arlington, VA location with the option for routine remote work. The role will entail working closely with the CISA CSD Chief of Staff to drive operational cadence, lead process improvement efforts, and manage organizational change across a complex federal environment. Responsibilities
Apply structured methodologies to lead change management and business process improvement initiatives across a cybersecurity organization, helping to bridge the gap from current to future state
Develop approach and conduct current state analysis that examines various elements of the organizational structure and communications operational tempo
Facilitate strategy discussions and translate content into relevant and actionable deliverables
Advise on the technical design and delivery of key change management communication initiatives and deliverables; provide input into stakeholder engagement strategies/plans
Provide data engineering & operational / knowledge management reporting solutions in support of a mission enabling office
Operate as the Senior Subject Matter Expert to architect and engineer the governance frameworks required for division-wide execution of operational risk decisions
Required Skills
Must be a US Citizen
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
10+ years progressive experience in program/project management consulting and progressive technical or organizational change delivery lead support
Ability to understand the client’s vision, mission, and goals and synthesize organizational capabilities and gaps. Leverage understanding to develop and drive clear, integrated and unifying frameworks for action and decisions involving businesses and mission focus
Experience executing organization-wide change initiatives against various change models to include defining a roadmap, coordinating resources, and managing implementation activities
Experience leading, managing, supervising, and guiding diverse team(s) of technical, functional, and creative subject matter experts in delivering mission value, improving culture, and driving results for customers and staff alike
Experience influencing executive leadership and setting expectations for cross functional initiatives
Demonstrated ability to understand, resolve and communicate technical and business issues
Ability to function effectively in an energetic, fast paced environment while maintaining excellent systems of organization, focus, and attention to detail
Demonstrated strategic and critical thinking, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users
Demonstrated ability to build, grow, and maintain strong relationships with customers, peers, leadership, and teams. Proven success in consulting to C-level clients
Demonstrate ability to effectively help customers and new and/or transforming organizations transition from “storming/forming” phases to “performing” phase
Experience managing people, including performance management and career coaching
Experience crafting and operationalizing a communication and organizational change strategy in the federal government
