We are seeking a Sr. Planning Manager to be responsible for a large and/or complex organization. As a Sr. Planning Manager, you will solve problems by conducting improvement analyses, understanding critical customer needs and business/market drivers, optimizing work processes, and ultimately implementing solutions. You will act as a strategic visionary, accountable to lead and coach the planning team, monitor the performance of the related supply planning process and continually improve the output and results. What You Will Do
Partner with key leaders in Global Supply Chain, Operations Business Leader, Procurement, Finance, Customer Service, Training, Regulatory, and Safety to integrate and drive best business practices
May direct and coach a Planning organization focused on critical business processes
May have accountability for multiple sites or planning activities and/or multiple regions (global scope)
Drive and own strategic roadmap creation/decision making and act as a change agent
Build a collaborative, inclusive and motivational team environment and manage overall talent development
Solve problems by conducting improvement analyses, understand critical customer needs and business/market drivers, optimize work processes, and ultimately implement solutions
Own accountability for team results, removing obstacles for the team to get work done
Drive engagement within and across teams

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field of study
8 years of Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing experience
3 years leading others
Proficiency with an ERP, advanced planning system, analytical system or equivalent
Highly skilled and experienced in change management
A successful track record of working effectively with diverse cross functional teams and must also complement strong relationship building skills
Expert influencer, motivator and developer of both individuals and teams
Advanced project and program management skills, track record of driving improvement projects from idea through implementation
Demonstrated creative problem-solving abilities
Strong business-to-business process improvement experience

Preferred Qualifications
Advanced technical or business degree, MBA preferred
Experience in operational excellence and project management such as TPM, Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, Green Belt, etc.
APICS Certification
Direct people management experience
Annual Or Hourly Compensation Range The base salary range for this position is $133,700.00 - $200,600.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
