**Role Description **

Wild Common is seeking a dynamic and experienced Line Cook to join our Culinary Team. Wild Common is Charleston’s first Michelin-starred tasting menu restaurant. Our restaurant is renowned for exceptional hospitality, inviting ambiance, and providing guests with an unforgettable dining experience, all in accompaniment to Chef Orlando Pagán’s innovative cuisine. **Qualifications **

- Proficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment operation

- Ability to follow recipes, plating standards, and portion controls

- Strong kitchen hygiene, cleaning practices, and knowledge of food safety regulations

- Teamwork, communication, and the ability to work effectively under pressure

- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality dishes

- Prior experience as a Line Cook or in a professional culinary setting is preferred

- Culinary certifications or formal culinary training is a plus

- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
