Outside Sales Representative About DYR SportsAt DYR Sports, we create athlete experiences that bring athletes and teams together through custom subscription boxes and partnerships. We work with volleyball and cheer programs across the country to deliver products athletes genuinely get excited about. Our team values energy, creativity, speed, and strong relationships. Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Partnerships Associate to help grow DYR Sports by reaching out to new volleyball and cheer programs and building relationships with coaches, directors, and organizations. This is primarily an outbound sales role, meaning a large part of the job will involve:
Cold emailing and cold calling new programs
Finding clubs, schools, and organizations to partner with
Booking meetings with decision-makers
Following up consistently and building relationships over time
You’ll also help support existing partnerships through renewals, upsells, and partner communication. This is a hybrid role with a mix of remote work, team collaboration, and occasional travel for in-person meetings, tournaments, and events. What You’ll DoOutbound Sales & Outreach
Reach out to volleyball and cheer programs through email, phone calls, social media, and follow-ups
Find and research new clubs, schools, and organizations to partner with
Book meetings with coaches, directors, and administrators
Track conversations, follow-ups, and meetings in company systems
Personalize outreach and relationship-building with potential partners
Reach daily and weekly outreach goals
Partnership Support
Help support active partnerships and maintain strong relationships
Assist with renewals and upsell opportunities
Communicate with partners throughout the season
Help ensure programs have a great experience working with DYR Sports
Relationship Building & Brand Representation
Represent the DYR brand with professionalism, energy, and positivity
Attend occasional tournaments, events, or in-person meetings
Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy and growth opportunities
Help identify new opportunities within youth sports
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable talking to new people and building relationships
Organized and able to manage multiple conversations at once
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Comfortable with outbound sales and follow-up
Willingness to occasionally travel for events or meetings
Interest in sports, branding, marketing, or relationship-building is a plus
