Lead and oversee a portfolio of complex projects from initiation through completion
Develop and maintain scalable project management methodologies, standards, and governance models
Partner with senior leadership to define priorities, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and clear execution paths
Monitor project performance metrics, risks, and dependencies; implement corrective actions when needed

Qualifications
8+ years of project or program management experience, including leadership responsibilities
