Role Description The Retail Support Specialist is a full-time on-site role located in Nashville, TN. In this position, you will support retailers by providing technical assistance, resolving customer queries, and troubleshooting product-related issues. You will collaborate with team members to address client needs and deliver excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, analyzing support data, and ensuring timely resolutions for all inquiries. Qualifications
Strong Customer Support and Communication skills to provide effective assistance and maintain professional client relationships
Proficiency in Technical Support, including familiarity with relevant tools and processes
Analytical Skills and ability to assess and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
Experience in Troubleshooting issues to identify and implement solutions promptly
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an on-site environment
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Previous retail or sales experience is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications are a plus
