Role Description: This is a full-time, hybrid Social Media Manager role based in Haddonfield, NJ, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social platforms, aligned with brand voice and campaign goals. This role will manage day-to-day channel activity, including posting, community management, and timely engagement with followers and partners. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with creative, content, and client-facing leadership teams to support integrated marketing initiatives. Responsibilities also include monitoring social trends, identifying new platform opportunities, and contributing to storytelling strategies that highlight sustainable, inclusive, and accessible travel.
Qualifications
  • Strong social media expertise, including Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing multiple platforms and campaigns.
  • Excellent Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and inclusive messages tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in Content Strategy, including planning content calendars, aligning content with brand and campaign objectives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to improve performance and inform strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience in community management and audience engagement, preferably within travel, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid setting, collaborating in person in Haddonfield, NJ, and effectively managing responsibilities while working from home.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with sustainable and responsible travel principles is a plus.
  • Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of agency experience

Compensation: 48k - 65k based on experience
