The Opportunity:
  • Work your own book of business and collaborate on high-level listings and active deals
  • Learn from and grow alongside industry leaders

Responsibilities:
  • Build and grow your own pipeline through proactive business development and cold outreach
  • Assist with open houses, private showings, and client tours
  • Lead pricing research and conduct comparative market analyses (CMAs)
  • Stay up-to-date on NYC real estate market trends, inventory, and the competitive landscape
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns and materials for listings and personal branding

You Are:
  • A licensed NYC agent with a four-year degree or 2+ years of professional experience
  • A self-starter with a proactive mindset and a hunger to generate new business
  • Motivated by success and energized by a high-performance environment
  • Client-obsessed, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
  • Collaborative, coachable, and always seeking to grow
