**Role Description **

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Doral, FL, for an Administrative Assistant & Customer Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including handling administrative and clerical duties, maintaining schedules, managing records, and providing executive administrative support. The candidate will also handle incoming communications, ensure smooth office operations, and assist customers and team members as needed.

**Qualifications **

- Proficient in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to support office functions and maintain accurate records

- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to manage calls and correspondence effectively

- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support managerial staff in scheduling and task management

- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or other administrative tools

- Customer service experience is a plus

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher is advantageous

- Must be fluent in English, Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
