Doosan Biomaterials is the core of Bio-Technology business of Doosan corporation and offers innovative pharmaceutical packages in strategic partnership with SIO2 Materials Science since December 2021. We pursue commercialization of Plasma-coated pharmaceutical package at Asia & Oceania by providing physically & chemically stable Vial, PFS, BCT and plasma coating technology for every plastic that needs high stability.
Our partner, SiO2, has spent 10 years in R&D to invent the breakthrough technology platform which fuses the benefits of glass and plastic without the drawbacks of either.
Benefits include:
• Gas barrier (Oxygen & EtO …), shatterproof, silicon oil-free
• High resistance to mechanical and thermal stress, notably during lyophilization
• Temperature resistance from -196°C to 121°C
• Unsurpassed dimensional consistency – Higher dosing accuracy, Greater for container closure integrity
• High chemical resistance – high pH resistance (pH 3-14), free from particles (No Silicon/No Tungsten), No delamination
