WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Manage and optimize TikTok Shop storefronts across multiple brands
• Plan and execute creator campaigns including product seeding, commission bursts, livestream support, and paid initiatives such as GMV Max and Shop Ads
• Source, review, and deploy UGC to support paid, organic, and affiliate content strategies
• Host and support TikTok Shop live sessions to increase conversions and creator engagement
• Manage creator communities across Discord and other group channels
• Work with affiliate programs such as TikTok Shop and Shopify Collabs to drive activation and performance
• Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to optimize TikTok Ads
• Align creator pushes, promotions, and platform features for cohesive campaign execution
• Analyze creator performance, sales impact, and attribution to refine strategy
• Build strong creator relationships through clear communication, briefs, and performance support
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE
• 2 to 4 years of experience with TikTok Shop, creator management, or short-form content strategy
• Strong understanding of UGC, TikTok trends, and performance-focused content
• Experience supporting livestreams and live selling activations
• Skilled in creator outreach, campaign planning, and relationship management
• Experience managing TikTok Ads including GMV Max and Shop Ads
• Comfort managing creator communities across Discord or group chats
• Highly organized, collaborative, and results-oriented
• Ability to interpret performance data and make strategic adjustments
• Strong communication skills for creators, partners, and internal teams
