- Experience in conducting medical assessments, diagnosing, and treating acute and chronic conditions.
- Proficiency in managing care plans and providing patient education on preventive health measures.
- Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic reasoning skills in a variety of healthcare settings.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic on-site healthcare environment.
- Active and unrestricted Physician Assistant (PA-C) certification.
- Licensure to practice in the state of Florida.
- Experience with telehealth and/or advanced technology in medical services is a plus.
- Passion for improving healthcare access and outcomes in underserved communities.
