Join our team at Holiday Inn Boston Cambridge Area as a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor, where you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests in Somerville, MA.

**Responsibilities**

-  Supervise daily housekeeping operations and staff

-  Inspect guest rooms and public areas for quality standards

-  Manage room assignments, supplies, and inventories

-  Address guest concerns and ensure safety and sanitation compliance

-  Coordinate with other departments and assist with cleaning as needed

**Requirements**

-  Minimum of 2 years of housekeeping and supervisory experience preferred

-  Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

-  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling

-  Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties

-  Familiarity with housekeeping systems and basic computer skills
