Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Internal Auditor, based in Delhi, OH. The Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting financial audits, preparing comprehensive audit reports, and analyzing organizational processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards. The role involves collaborating with various departments, providing critical insights for financial planning, and identifying opportunities for improvement, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing detailed audit reports
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate financial and operational data
- Thorough understanding of finance and financial operations
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating with teams
- Experience with financial audits and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or within a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CA certifications are a plus)
- Prior experience in internal auditing or a related field is beneficial
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
