- Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with internal teams, including product development, customer service, and supply chain, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

- Partner with technical support and product specialists to address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions.

- Compliance and Safety Advocacy:

- Stay informed about industry regulations, safety standards, and certifications relevant to PPE products.

**Qualifications**

- Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent of 4 years of EHS / operations experience, Safety Manager experience is highly desirable).

- Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience in B2B sales, preferably in the PPE, safety equipment, or industrial products industry.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, including closing $1M+ in new business and maintaining a $2M+ pipeline.

- OSHA training cards (e.g., OSHA 10 or OSHA 30) and Qualified Safety Sales Professional (QSSP) certification are highly desirable.

- Skills and Competencies:

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.

- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
