Experience And Skills
- 8+ years of experience in SAP technical roles, with significant focus on SAP Integrations Lead and SAP Technical Architect
- Strong hands‑on experience integrating SAP systems with external applications and platforms
- Proven experience designing enterprise‑scale integration solutions
- Solid understanding of data models, message formats and integration patterns
- Experience working in complex, multi‑system landscapes
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Experience on SAP SuccessFactors integration projects a plus but not required
- Experience with SAP CPI Integration required
- Experience with BTP Integration preferred
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, OData, middleware, and event‑driven architectures
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
