Job responsibilities
Sales Leads
· Distribute all e-mail leads to sales
· Log all leads
Manage & Update Digital Library
· All files are in the DDC Librarian Folder
· Vendor Code List/ Contact List/ Line List/ Website Log in List
· Pricelists & Catalogs: A Drive + Z Drive
· Quick Ship Folder
Maintain & Update Sample Library
· Sample Library
· Top 20 *always want to keep up to date* (Minotti, Edra, Paola Lenti, Henge, Baxter, Gallotti & Radice, etc.)
· Digital Finishes
· Email vendors for samples
