- Provide nutrition counseling for conditions like diabetes, heart disease, weight management, and food allergies, using motivational interviewing in a supportive environment.
- Collaborate with medical and mental health providers, conduct assessments, and develop individualized care plans.
- Support preventative education, including Well Child Checks and prenatal counseling.
- Precept students, develop training, and participate in outreach efforts.
- Work primarily in Yakima with remote coverage across sites; may float to different locations after 2026.
