**Dark Wolf **seeks an experienced **Systems Engineer ** to support the US Space Force, Space Systems Command, in performing operational maintenance and sustainment of ground-based radars. In support of the government customer, the SAIC Program Manager, and the Chief Engineer, the Systems Engineer is responsible for thorough planning, development and delivery of radar hardware and software modifications in response to change requests and deficiency reports. This position will be a hybrid opportunity with onsite support as required by the customer at Peterson SFB Colorado Springs, CO. **Key Responsibilities **

- Performs Systems Engineering activities related to Information Technology and Engineering including:

- Requirements definition

- Analysis and engineering

- System analysis and design

- Interface and data architectures

- Maintenance, sustainment, and update to existing documentation

- Systems integration

- System operation performance analysis

- Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.

- Develops requirements and facilitates the Basis of Estimate, System Requirements Review, and Preliminary Design Review processes.

**Required Qualifications**

- 5 years of experience in Systems Engineering, DoD contracts, or Radar Systems

- Experience developing and/or sustaining national security, no-fail mission systems.

- Experience with large-scale Agile or SecDevOps teams/projects

- Experience with configuration and data management

- Experience with hardware and software test & evaluation of classified systems

- Experience translating operational requirements into system requirements; and system requirements into technical requirements/performance standards.

- Experience collaborating with Subject Matter Experts of multiple disciplines to include Cybersecurity, Test, Integration, Networking, Software, and Hardware Engineers

- B.A. or B.S. Information Security, Computer Science or related discipline

- US Citizenship and currently possess a Secret security clearance

**Desired Qualifications**

- Experience operating in large-scale Agile or SecDevOps teams/projects, to include support to cost estimating, baseline and risk management, schedule development, performance monitoring and reporting

- Experience with a broad range of system types: custom developed HW/SW, COTS/GOTS HW/SW, and specialty engineering of exotic material/limited supply items.

- Experience sustaining PARCS, or other Strategic Warning and Surveillance radar systems such as PAVE PAWS and UEWR.

Systems Engineer

**Dark Wolf ** is looking for an **Cybersecurity Lead/ ****Information System Security Manager (ISSM) ** who is interested in working in a fast-paced environment to establish a robust security posture for a government information system. The successful candidate will provide oversight and enforcement of Department of War policies and procedures in order to maintain a holistic security approach for the lifecycle of the system. The ISSM will act as the primary security advisor to the PM, AO, and ISO. In addition, the role will have oversight of an ISSO Team and ensure their compliance with established information security AF requirements. This position is located in either Herndon, VA or Colorado Springs, CO supporting a hybrid schedule.

**Required Qualifications**

- 5 year’s experience as an ISSM or 7 year’s experience as a Sr. ISSO

- Subject Matter Expertise in Risk Management Framework

- Hands-on experience enforcing information protection policies in an unclassified environment

- Extensive experience in one or more of the following SIEM tools: Splunk. Sentinel, ELK Stack, Crowdstrike

- Experience with Infrastructure and Cloud Security tools including: Terraform/Ansible, Github.

Cybersecurity Lead/ISSM

**Dark Wolf **is looking for a **Cybersecurity ****Systems Engineer ** to join a collaborative, dynamic team in a fast-paced, innovative mission environment. This position will work hand-in-hand with the customer team as well as external satellite software development contractors. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of information security principles, as well as experience in software development, security engineering, risk management, and compliance. This position is located in either Herndon, VA or Colorado Springs, CO. Responsibilities include:

- Conducting technical evaluations of information systems design, containerized applications, and cloud architecture, ensuring security and operational requirements are mapped directly into the System/Enterprise Architecture.

- Performing vulnerability assessments and architectural risk analysis using automated software and container scanning tools, tracing security controls back to system models.

- Reviewing requests for software installation and conduct technical risk assessments on software implementation, validating changes against the established enterprise baseline.

- Coordinating and tracking security action requests and report status to senior managers, utilizing Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to visualize impacts on the overall system lifecycle.

- Analyzing, modifying when necessary, and maintaining the client’s certification to field security approvals by translating complex compliance requirements into architectural models using frameworks such as DODAF, UAF, or TOGAF.

- Experience and enjoyment in working directly with customers to map out technical missions and improve cyber security posture through rigorous engineering design

- Experience authoring and maintaining systems security documentation, architectural viewpoints, and MBSE artifacts

- Experience in generating appropriate security documentation and architectural models to receive proper accreditation from customer security personnel, correcting design shortfalls as they are identified through customer-sponsored reviews

- Strong technical proficiency in MBSE methodologies and hands-on experience with modeling tools like Cameo and Sparx

- Deep understanding of architectural frameworks, specifically DODAF, UAF, or TOGAF, to model complex, secure information systems

- Possesses strong technical skills and analytic ability

- Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related technical field

- IAT Lvl 2 certification (e.g., Security+)
