Our client is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, enterprise-scale technology initiatives within a structured PMO environment. This role is ideal for a project leader who can operate across technical and business teams, manage multiple workstreams, and drive execution with discipline, clarity, and accountability.

What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of complex IT projects and programs
- Build, manage, and maintain key project artifacts, including:
- Detailed project plans and schedules
- Status reports and executive updates
- Risk, issue, and dependency logs
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align scope, priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes
- Manage third-party vendors and external partners, ensuring accountability, performance, and timely delivery
- Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and cross-functional decision-making throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate internal IT teams and external resources to ensure smooth execution across all phases
- Deliver projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies based on business and delivery needs
- Communicate clearly and confidently with executive leadership, project sponsors, and delivery teams
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge ofPMBO K principles andAgil e frameworks, with the ability to apply both in real-world delivery environments
- Proven track record managing complex technical projects, includingenterprise system s,web-based platform s, and cross-functional technology initiative
- Solid experience working within theSoftware Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Demonstrated success managing vendors and third-party partner
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skill
- Ability to influence across teams, navigate ambiguity, and drive alignment in evolving environment
- Strong problem-solving, issue resolution, and negotiation skill
- Proficiency withMS Project, JIR A, and similar project management tool
- Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite
Preferred Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Busine ss, or a related field
- 8+ yea rs of progressive IT project management experience
- Experience leading highly technical teams and delivering large, complex systems
- Prior experience working in a PMO-driven environment
Preferred Certifications
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM , or equivalent project management certification
