About The Role At Daloopa, we’re building AI-powered products that transform how financial analysts work, eliminating manual processes and unlocking efficiency at scale. As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll own and accelerate Scout. Scout is our next-generation AI native product, evolving the way we always intended; from a tool that responds to prompts to one that truly understands, executes, and works alongside an analyst’s workflows. This is a high ownership role focused on transforming Scout into a workflow-driven product used by analysts, not just an Excel prompt-based tool. You’ll be responsible for defining product direction, driving execution, and turning AI capability into real habitual user behavior. You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and go-to-market teams to deliver a roadmap that keeps our product differentiated, scalable, and deeply aligned with customer needs. This is an opportunity to build products at the frontier of AI-driven workflows in an industry just beginning its transformation. What You’ll Do
Own product strategy and roadmap for Scout
Define and build core analyst workflows (modeling, comps, forecasting)
Drive user engagement and repeat usage (WAU, DAU, habit formation)
Translate AI capabilities into intuitive, repeatable product experiences
Leverage AI tools directly to prototype, explore, and validate ideas quickly
Lead execution with engineering and design
Communicate clearly with founders, executives, and stakeholders
Build alignment and earn trust across your EPD squad
Who You Are

High agency, with strong ownership and a bias for action
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving without direction
Resilient and persistent in driving outcomes
Highly structured and clear communicator
Strong ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
AI fluent: you already use AI tools to build, prototype, and think
Success Looks Like
You’ll know and understand the product from end to end.
You own the product strategy and execution—delivering measurable growth, improving user experience, and ensuring the product scales effectively as the company grows.
Within the first 6–12 months, success will include impactful feature launches and strong collaboration with engineering and design to drive adoption and retention.
