Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Informatics and IT Support Associate role based in Dalhart, TX. The associate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting IT systems, ensuring the seamless operation of hospital software and hardware, and providing technical support to staff. Key responsibilities include monitoring infrastructure, troubleshooting IT issues, supporting cloud-based systems, managing Windows environments, and facilitating effective communication between teams regarding IT needs.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Information Technology, including system maintenance and troubleshooting
- Experience with Windows operating systems and Cloud Computing
- Strong Communication skills to provide technical support and collaborate with teams effectively
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems or experience in a healthcare environment is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work on-site and address technical issues promptly and efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered
