Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Director of Regional Sales. The individual in this position will be responsible for leading regional sales initiatives, managing a high-performing sales team, and driving business development strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. Key tasks include overseeing daily sales operations, fostering strong customer relationships, creating and implementing sales strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities. The Senior Director of Regional Sales will play a critical role in ensuring the alignment of regional sales goals with broader organizational objectives. Qualifications
Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong skills in Sales Operations, including pipeline management and forecasting
Experience in leading and motivating teams with effective Team Management techniques
Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on building long-lasting client relationships
Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to drive regional sales growth
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Experience in the industry or region is a plus
