The Logistics Solutions Specialist analyzes the supply chain, transportation, and distribution network and develops recommendations for reducing freight costs, creating material efficiencies, and improving on-time delivery. Responsible for the development and maintenance of inventory levels throughout a multitiered distribution system with hundreds of locations and thousands of products enabling and supporting sales while minimizing lost opportunities. Daikin Comfort Technologies Manufacturing, LP, is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our VRV Business Development Manager position located remotely but local to the Northeastern Division of the United States. The Business Development Manager is responsible for building and strengthening relationships with distribution commercial salespeople and targeted Mechanical Contractors in Daikin’s North Division. Manage all aspects of new business development with those contractors, including generating Daikin VRV Design-Build projects. This position is also responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with Daikin Independent Distributors and Company-Owned Distribution to ensure sales and market-share goals are met. Additionally, determine sales and technical training needs for the contractors/salespeople and execute the plan to deliver those needs.

Daikin is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our Product Content Specialist position. The Product Content Specialist will play a key role in how our customers consume product content as part of our e-commerce and digital transformation initiatives. Working as part of the Corporate Marketing PIM team for a multi-billion-dollar manufacturer, you will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product marketing, sales, procurement, logistics and IT to create urgency around customer data needs and prioritize data collection efforts. In addition, this role will work with business owners, data stewards, 3rd party vendors and technical staff to lead projects, research technologies, guide product content specialists, and provide subject matter expertise on assigned product categories and collaborate with internal and external business partners to gather and understand product attribute, image, and content requirements.

- Responsible for maintaining accurate and relevant product data, content, and digital assets for multiple product categories that will be used across the enterprise as well as in e-commerce catalogs.
