Role Overview This is a contract opportunity to bring your clinical or macro social-work expertise to a high-impact research initiative building realistic digital workspaces and designing complex, multi-step tasks used to train and evaluate next-generation intelligent systems. Your day-to-day practice becomes the foundation for cutting-edge research benchmarks. What You Will Be Doing
Build high-fidelity digital work environments modeled on real social-services workflows including case notes, assessments, service plans, referrals, progress reports, and program narratives with representation of platforms such as Salesforce Nonprofit, Apricot (Bonterra), DocuSign, and SharePoint
Design multi-step tasks grounded in your actual caseload and organizational workflows that require navigating multiple applications, files, and stakeholder interactions
Collaborate asynchronously with fellow social-work professionals to review scenarios for realism, rigor, and practice accuracy
Partner with research teams to refine task designs and evaluation criteria for social-services benchmarks
Contribute directly to frontier research your work informs how leading labs train and assess the next generation of intelligent systems
Who We Are Looking For
Licensed social work professional (LCSW, LMSW, or equivalent state licensure strongly preferred) with substantial full-time experience at a large hospital system, county DHS/DCF, or major nonprofit or behavioral-health organization
Background in one or more practice areas: clinical/medical social work, child or adult protective services, case management, school or juvenile-justice social work, macro/policy social work, or substance-use/mental-health program operations
Hands-on, day-to-day familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce Nonprofit, Apricot (Bonterra), DocuSign, and SharePoint or Box
Strong analytical and written communication skills able to translate nuanced social-work practice into structured, precise task specifications
Comfortable working independently in an asynchronous, remote environment with research-oriented teams
Role Details Compensation: ~$850 $1,000 per completed task (performance bonuses and transition to hourly model available for top contributors); paid weekly via Stripe or Wise Work Style: Remote Duration: Contract / Part-time; project-based with potential for extension How To Apply
